Here's to a super late post and another super late update due to college. It's my term break, so I'll be publishing the posts that's been stocked over the months. Sorry guys! :( but hey, if you have plans on going to a beach, I totes recommend this! It's a pretty humble and low-key place to spend for vacation. :)

This restaurant has been the most random I've ever been into. The designs per area were unpredictable! At one side, there's a touch of India; then on its wall is a collection of Chinese, waving gold cats.

You can find the branch we ate in at Scout Gandia, Tomas Morato, Quezon City, Philippines! :)

So anyway, I got this recipe from Jennifer's "Foodess" blog. All of my cooking posts are going to be based from recipes around the net; and this one's from here. :)

Carmelo's can be really enjoyable... if you have money to order the menus you really want. Normally, we wouldn't dine in such a restaurant, but since we were given the chance to get discounts because my parents's friends had vouchers, we gladly took the opportunity.

My travel posts should start with a celebratory "Wooh!", since I don't get to travel much; and when I do, it's always local. But it's still travelling, so...
