The branch we ate in is located at San Antonio 7427-B Yakal Street, San Antonio, Makati City.

Rating: 10/10

This restaurant was totally the bomb for me! You'll love how hidden this place is from Makati's busy roads; but surely, you'll love the food even more.

but before the food, let me show you the restaurant's  ambiance.

It has this homey ambiance that actually contributes to how the food tastes. It was cozy there, and instead of having airconditioners alone, they also have ceiling fans. Oh btw, don't get the pictures wrong, by the way. My brother said that the place is normally packed (even its second floor), it just so happens that we went there on a dead hour. We even reserved a table that early morning. :)

So for the menu! Tundundundundun!

The first thing we ordered was the Asian Chicken Salad which costs P178. I loved the salad because it was different. It wasn't the usual with those Caesar or Thousand Islands dressings. This one's dressing was gravy-like. The sweet kind. Also, another thing that's different with this salad is that it has those white, crunchy, Chinese noodles (or atleast that's what I think they are), and it blends so well with the salad as a whole.

This was our main meal, and Hcuisine's special recipe: The most awesome Beef Belly. It's P328 (single w/ rice), and P558 (for sharing w/o rice). If I were a teacher and a student cooked this for me, I would give him/her an A++++ with a recommendation letter for anywhere he/she wants to apply in to (exagge lang?). Lol, but truly, it's so good! The beef was so soft that it could probably be sliced using a popsicle stick. It was even served on top of a burning grill (the picture with two candles), and the sauce was poured in front of us.
Just looking at the pictures is making me hungry already.

We also ordered the Poached Fish on Lemon Dill Garlic Butter and it costed P298. Same with the beef, the fish was really soft, and it tasted really good. Just a little share, one thing I love about Hcuisine's menu is that most of them include a vegetable sidedish. Maybe the H in Hcuisine is Healthy?
The fish tasted really good too, and it went well with the rice we ordered, which, by the way...

... was served like this! How cute is this? Haha! Oh, and we ordered the Sinangag rice or Garlic rice. It went well with all the meals, that most of us even ordered extras. :)

For our dessert, we had the Cookie Dough Cheesecake which costs around P100. It was so yummy! I swear, if you're going to order a cake from them, break your tradition with blueberry cheesecakes and try this one. It was so moist and the combination of its flavors were uh-mazing!!

The other one we ordered was the Red Velvet. It costed around P100 too. It was also really yummy. I mean, look at how the icing looks, right? but I still like the one on top more. :)

H-cuisine has definitely added up to one of my favorite restaurants. Even though it's not as fancy as other restaurants, it can surely make yourselves feel at home. Plus, the food is really amazing. It's as if they want to serve high quality food, while remaining their low profile.

Try eating at H-cuisine, guys! You won't regret it!!

Till my next post! :)
