"Love, Rosie" movie review

Wednesday, March 11, 2015

"Love, Rosie" was sad. :(( the kind of sad that makes you cry out of sadness at the beginning, then cry out of happiness and envy (because of how cute their story is or plainly because you don't have a love life) in the end.

Meaning: I loved it!!!
Rating: 10/10

"Love, Rosie"'s story is so cute! Plus, it agrees with my belief that a boy and a girl can't be bestfriends because one or both of them will eventually end up falling for the other. So for all singles out there, get yourselves a bestfriend of the opposite gender! Lol kidding; but really, the story was cute and it was unusual. It's not as predictable as it seems. I mean, there are times that the result's going to be obvious, but then, a twist will come up and lead the story to a different path, and only then will your prediction will come up. The cinematography was great too, and the lighting was done greatly. It was like living in a vibrant, and fresh country side area. Like the feeling when it's really early in the morning and you've just turned your aircon off. It made the movie easy and light to watch. Plus, Lily Collins's and Sam Chaflin's faces are so gorgeous that it's even harder to not look at them.

What to expect:

Really good music!
Accents.
"Oh come on!" moments.
Cool bestfriends
"Wait no!" moments.
Guy-as-jerks scenes.
Funny scenes.
Scenes that can make you tear up.
Actors and actresses with really great hair. :((( </3
Moving on scenes (something that you might relate to).
Scenes that will definitely make you want to snuggle with your partner.
or
Scenes that will make you really want a partner.

How's the movie's pacing?

It was just right! :)

Who's Sam Chaflin? Where have I seen him?

He's the guy named Finnick in the Hunger Games. :)

How were the actors and their acting?

They were really good. Especially Sam Chaflin or Alex's. It's like he was meant for the role (the whole country-looking setting, and him looking like a country boy).

Did Lily or Rosie keep the baby?

Yes, she did. :) that, I can spoil. Hahaha!

Recommended?

Yes, yes, yes! :) especially if you're a sucker for light-mild atmosphered romance movies. I think about 85% who watch this kind of movies are ladies. Though guys who are open for any movie type and are just game on what ever, can be up for this; but I highly recommend this! :)

'till my next post, guys! :)
